RETURN POLICY

 *APPAREL

 

  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All apparel returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
  • Please contact us here info@kayjaycreationz.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.

    *ACCESSORIES

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of the item, but if you have a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. There are exceptions in some cases and a refund may be given depending on the circumstances.

      •The item must be returned back to us unused and in the same condition, it was received. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
      (DO NOT EXPECT TO BE REFUNDED IF YOU HOLD ONTO THE ITEMS FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS)

      •Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchange items. In some cases, we will send a shipping label and you will be refunded less the shipping cost.
